EGP Investigation Report
On August 4 th , 2007 EGP investigated a private residence located in Lawrenceville , GA
The following report contains the team's procedures and findings.
The on-site EGP investigation team consisted of the following members.

The equipment EGP used on this investigation consisted of the following;

Preliminary Findings
During the interview which was conducted by Amy and Jack they found that the residents believed there was paranormal activity throughout the residence and on the grounds. The residents of the property believed there was more than one entity at the property. The activity seemed to be most prominent at three locations; The room called the “Jungle Room”, the attic, and a cemetery located on the grounds.
EGP team members did a preliminary site inspection including an EMF sweep.
Investigators found unusually high readings at the base of the stairs leading to the attic. This reading was caused by a control box for what appears to be a security system. They also noticed high readings in the “Jungle Room” and in an office adjoining the room. Since these readings are constant and highest near the floor it is assumed that the high readings are caused by underground electrical service coming into or passing under the home. High EMF can cause symptoms such as minor body aches, feelings of being watched, and nightmares. Investigators also noted that the house creaks quite a bit during the evening and nighttime hours. This is caused by materials in the home heating during the day and expanding then cooling and contracting during the night. This effect is most prominent in the attic. The floors in the attic area also creak quite a bit when being walked on. This situation could explain odd noises heard during the night including footsteps and bumps.
Investigation Set Up
EGP set up base outside the residence on the back patio. A total of 4 infrared cameras (IR) were set up throughout the site and connected to a digital video recorder. One high powered IR camera was placed in the “Jungle Room” and pointed in such a direction that it could cover the entire room as well as the office adjoining the room. Another high powered IR camera was placed in the attic to cover the children's play area and the far end of the attic. A wireless camera was placed in the den area. Another wireless camera was placed in the living area in the back of the residence.
As lead investigator, Amy then divided the group into teams of 3 and 4 people. One EGP core member was the leader of each team. The teams were then sent to separate sites on the property.
Findings
EGP only has one documented anomaly caught on a recording device. This anomaly was caught on the wireless camera placed in the den area. This is an area in which a family member had passed. The anomaly consisted of what seems to be a dim light drifting around the room. The anomaly could not be seen by the naked eye and was only visible in IR cameras. A Sony Handycam also recorded the anomaly for a few seconds before the battery died. The anomaly was recorded by the wireless IR camera for approximately 32 minutes. It also at times seemed to react to people, lights and actions in the room. EGP members worked trying to find a source for the anomaly including lights and reflections from objects but were unsuccessful. The footage was examined by two video production professionals and they found the anomaly not to be a reflection due to movement and suggest that it is three dimensional meaning it is in free space and not on a surface. The professionals could not explain the anomaly. The anomaly was witnessed by several people including those not affiliated with EGP.
EGP also had many experiences with non recording equipment. In the cemetery investigators had EMF readings of up to four milligaus that would rise and dissipate.
Using an EMF meter investigators received high readings in the attic. These spiked when questions were asked about the “I Love Lucy” television show. Readings reached as high as eight gauss for a few seconds and would dissipate. The same team then placed the EMF meter on the floor with the “click” alarm on. When asking questions the meter alerted to changes of one to two gauss. This was prominent when the question was asked if “it” would like one person on the team to be quiet.
Personal Experiences
Note: Personal experiences are not documented and therefore can not be presented as evidence.
In the cemetery several team members experienced the sent of hair tonic or cologne in a certain area. In the “Jungle Room” one investigator felt that they had been touched on the head. In addition several team members thought they heard a sigh. In the attic several team members thought they heard a sigh. None of the sounds were picked up clearly on digital recorders.
Verdict
Due to documented evidence that could not be debunked by EGP members or professionals in the video production field and possible personal experiences EGP have found no reason to deny claims of the existence of paranormal activity at this site. However, with the amount of documented evidence EGP can not confirm paranormal activity either. The case will need further study and EGP would like to do a follow up investigation to try and obtain more evidence as well as bring in other members of the EGP team to confirm findings from the first investigation.
