Private Residence Follow Up

EGP Investigation Report

On September 15th , 2007 EGP completed a follow up investigation at a private residence located in Lawrenceville , GA

The following report contains the team's procedures and findings.

The on-site EGP investigation team consisted of the following members.

Note: Family members of those living in the residence not affiliated with EGP participated in this investigation.

The equipment EGP used on this investigation consisted of the following;

Preliminary Findings

Since EGP had investigated this site previously, team members decided to concentrate on an area where they had previously recorded possible paranormal activity. A quick interview was also done with the residents of the property to check if there were any new reports of activity. They reported much of the same as in the preliminary interview. Team members also decided to set up a wireless camera in a room previously not investigated by the group.

EGP team members did a preliminary site inspection including an EMF sweep.

As in the first investigation Investigators found unusually high readings at the base of the stairs leading to the attic. This reading was caused by a control box for what appears to be a security system. They also noticed high readings in the “Jungle Room” and in an office adjoining the room. Since these readings are constant and highest near the floor it is assumed that the high readings are caused by underground electrical service coming into or passing under the home..

Investigation Set Up

EGP set up base outside the residence on the back patio. A total of 3 infrared (IR) cameras were set up throughout the site and connected to a digital video recorder. One high powered IR camera was placed in the “Jungle Room” and pointed in such a direction that it could cover the entire room as well as the office adjoining the room.. A wireless camera was placed in the den area where possible paranormal activity had been previously recorded. Another wireless camera was placed in one of the bedrooms.

As lead investigator, Amy then divided the group into teams of 3 and 4 people. The teams were then sent to separate sites on the property.

Findings

Unfortunately, on this follow up investigation, EGP did not document any evidence either on audio or video devices.

Personal Experiences

Note: Personal experiences are not documented and therefore can not be presented as evidence.

On this investigation the only personal experiences were encountered in the attic. Jack claims he felt a heavy feeling and that of being watched at the top of the stairs near the bookshelf. Kristi, Kim, and Bobby where in the attic and decided to test the claims of throwing balls from the ball pit to the other end of the attic and having them tossed or rolled back. Several balls were thrown to the opposite end of the attic and there were no results at the time. After about a 10 minute period one of the balls was “tossed” back toward Kim and Kristi coming close enough to almost hit them while airborne. Bobby was behind Kristi and Kim and did not see the event. Kristi and Kim were facing the direction the ball came from and saw nothing to throw it. Bobby checked with investigators downstairs to make sure they had not come up the stairs undetected and tossed a ball. This theory did not make sense because of the direction the ball was “tossed” from. Jack and Bobby tried to debunk this incident by making the ball ricochet off of objects such as the ceiling but could not duplicate the ball's speed or trajectory.  In addition the ball made noise when bounced off of an object. The investigators reported hearing no noise and none was recorded on the digital voice recorder that was running during the incident.

Verdict

Due to documented evidence captured and verified by professionals in their respective fields and personal experiences by investigators EGP has deemed this residence Paranormally Active . Nothing on the site seems to be malevolent or malicious and residents should not find themselves worried about the activity.
